About Us

Emmanuel is a diocesan multi-academy trust established by the Diocese of Liverpool.  It serves to provide distinctively Christian education to children, families, schools and wider communities.

Our family of academies and schools have their own unique identities, seeking to serve their local communities. They are inclusive, welcoming children of the Christian faith, of other faiths or of no faith. The multi-academy trust was formed to be welcoming to church schools and community schools that share its vision and values.   

Emmanuel means 'God with Us' and it is through this that the organisation's vision 'serving flourishing communities' is realised by pupils, staff, governors, parents and the wider community, so that all may develop in body, mind and spirit.

We embrace the Church of England’s Vision for Education, seeking to educate for wisdom and knowledge, hope and aspiration, community and living well together and dignity and respect. We believe in the infinite worth of each person; children deserve the very best education and hence, we support our colleagues to provide this.
