Working for Emmanuel

As a multi academy trust we pride ourselves on knowing our academies and our employees well.

We have church schools and community schools in Emmanuel.

Not all our employees describe themselves as regular church attenders, but feel that they are able to subscribe to the values that we consider important to academies / schools that set out to achieve outstanding education in all our schools, within a diocesan MAT that has a distinctly Christian ethos. It is a commonly used phrase to say, “our employees are our greatest asset” however, we feel that in our case it goes beyond just words. We support our employees in many different ways.

Emmanuel has developed cluster working through a formal programme, which is facilitating our academies / schools and their employees to work together on all kinds of curriculum and educational developments. We regard this as a strength of our Trust.
